The DWR lists the water rights the applicant controls and <br />notes there is no quantification of water quantity impacts, <br />nor timing of said impacts, nor procedure for release or <br />relinquishment of said water rights to mitigate depletions. <br />The applicant has in fact not quantified water quantity <br />impacts. The applicant has agreed through its permit <br />application to monitor springs and ponds to identify any <br />quantity or quality impacts.
