(25-7-101 et se , TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED IN THIS <br />DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The particulate emission wntrol measures listed on the attached page (as approved by the Division) <br />shall be applied to the particulate emission producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1, Section <br />III.D.1.b. <br />2. ConsVUCtion of this source must commence within 18 months of initial approval permit Issuance tlate <br />or within 18 months of date on which such construction or activity was scheduled to commence es <br />stated in the appliation. Public access shall he precluded In all areas within the modeling receptor exclusion zone as submitted <br />with the modeling with the application. Three strand barbed wire fencing wnh no trespassing signs shall <br />be installed along the northeast end near the drilling areas and on the west and per the map received <br />by the Division on January 10, 2000 labeled "Axess Limiting Features". <br />4. This source is limited la the following maximum number of hours of operation. A log shall be <br />maintained on site listing the actual number of hours of operation per day, and shall be made available <br />upon request to the Division. <br />Hours of operation shall not exceed 20 hours per day. <br />• 45(17/485 ver 11/99 <br />
