Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s Second Quarter 2004 Colorado Wastewater Dischazge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's second quarter 2004 DMRs were received by the Division, on July 26, 2004. <br />The reports cover the time period from April 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004. Timely submittal of these <br />reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Three outfalls dischazged during second quarter 2004. Outfalls 002 and 020 dischazged throughout the <br />quarter. Outfa11001 stopped discharging the last week of May 2004. No reported pazameters were <br />found to be in excess of CPDS standards for the ponds that discharged. WET tests were conducted for <br />outfalls 002 and 020. No exceedences were reported for outfa11020. WET test results for outfa11002 <br />were not submitted with the first quarter 2004 report, TMI submitted the outfa11002 first quarter 2004 <br />results with this second quarter 2004 packet.
