By this reference, you ask if the various outfalis <br />had capacity prior to the event that was up to a 10 year / 24 hour event. The outfalls are OOSA <br />(Stoker Coal Loadout Pond), 006A (Loadout Loop Pond) and OOlA (Streeter Pond) (reference <br />1). <br />The Streeter Pond (Outfa11001A) <br />This pond appears to have had capacity prior to the event. <br />This pond has a design capacity (reference 5, Exhibit 7, Tab 13, Appendix A, 10-14-1998) of <br />0.84 acre feet of sediment storage and 10.16 acre feet of water storage at the stage of peak <br />discharge from a 10-year - 24 hour event. The peak discharge of such an event is demonstrated <br />EH.( <br />
