The changes <br />were recommended by ESCO Associates after they performed the annual <br />vegetation monitoring for Colowyo. The changes included the substitution of <br />three species from the existing approved list and a rate change for an <br />additional two approved species. Byron, you clarified with me today that a <br />minor revision would be required to make the changes to the seed mixture. <br />For calendar year 2001, Colowyo has approximately half of the seed required <br />for this years reclamation on hand. W e estimate the need to purchase seed <br />for an additional 60 acres. We have received and reviewed two bids from <br />seed vendors which indicate that some of the substitution species we desired <br />are not available for CY 2001. Therefore, Colowyo will not be submitting a <br />Minor Revision to change the approved seed mixture at this time. <br />We will be submitting a Technical Revision for a much more substantial <br />change to the approved seed mixture at a later date. <br />Please call me if you would like to discuss this further. <br />Regards, <br />Kimberley A.
