<br />~~~~~~~~ <br />APR 0 3 2001 <br />Adams County <br />NOTICE OF FII,ING APPLICATION Comnl <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR REGULAR 11121 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EXTRACTION OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AAamc COUNTY <br />David Lincoln <br />(the "APPlicandOpetatd') has applied for a Regular (112) reclamation permit <br />from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") to conduct the e~m-action of cotutnrction materials operations <br />in Adams County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature <br />of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the <br />local county clerk or recorder. <br />The apphcandoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to Range 1 a nd use. Ptusuant to <br />Section 34-32.d-116(4)(m), C.RS., the Boazd may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of <br />the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your corranents on the proposed operation.
