M-1983-102). The three wells have been drilled however, to date myself nor has Sharon <br />Spurlin received any information on the quarterly reports that are to be submitted to the Division. If you can <br />please forward these reports to us regarding the wells that would be appreciated. <br />If these reports have not been submitted can that be grounds for revoking the permit? The County is getting <br />ready to review their Special Use Permit on November 26, 2007 and it would be helpful if there are other <br />deadlines that have not been met.
