The first sampling shall occur during the first month after the permit becomes effective (or upon commencement ofdischarge) and sampling shall continue for the next eleven consecutive months. C. Reporting 1. Discharee Monitoring Report: Oxbow Mining, LLC shall submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) on a monthly basis to the Division. The Division now requires all permiuees to submit DMRs monthly. These reports shall contain the required summarization of the test results for parameters shown in Tables VI-4 and VI-S above and Pan IB.1 ojthe permit.
