<br />1. Additional MonitorinP: As described in section YLA.2.d.i., a 71-time analysis for total recoverable (TRf arsenic,
<br />potentially dissolved (PD) cadmium, TR trivalent chromium, PD copper, dissolved and TR iron, PD manganese, total
<br />mercury, PD nickel, PD selenium, PD silver, and PD zinc, is needed for ou all 075. The first sampling shall occur
<br />during the first month after the permit becomes effective (or upon commencement ofdischarge) and sampling shall
<br />continue for the next eleven consecutive months. If no discharge occurs during the month, sampling sha77 resume when
<br />discharge resumes and continue until twelve samples have been collected and analysed using approved methods with
<br />method detection limits as low or lower than those specified in Part I.E.3. of the permit.
<br />C. Reporting
<br />1. Discharee Monitoring Report: Oxbow Mining, LLC shall submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) on a monthly
<br />basis to the Division. The Division now requires all permiuees to submit DMRs monthly. These reports shall contain
<br />the required summarization of the test results for parameters shown in Tables VI-4 and VI-S above and Pan IB.1 ojthe
<br />permit. See the permit, Part LE.1. for details on such submission.
<br />2. Additional Reporting.' The results of the twelve-time analysis describedpreviouslysholl be submined as required.
