Dept of Natural Resources <br />Attached for your review is the Certification of the final construc- <br />tion of the Stoker Coal Loading Facility Sediment Pond. <br />You will find attached Revised Table 8 - Sedimentation Pond Data - <br />P.srt II, which includes the as-built specifications for the pond. Also you, <br />will find cross-sections for the dam and spillway in addition to a plan view <br />of the entire Stoker Facility Pond. <br />According to our survey data and January 1, 1984 flight, the actual <br />field elevations are different than the original elevations supplied to you in <br />the August 5, 1983 Technical Revision application. This is due to inaccuracies <br />on the original maps used in the application.
