Dept. of Natural Reso!~rce~ <br />Lake County has received two memorandums issued by you on <br />November 2, 1981, informing us that Charles J. Webster has filed <br />Development and Extraction Permit applications to conduct sand and <br />gravel mining on Section 16, T9S, RSOW County of Lake in the <br />Recreation Zone and a portion of Section 20 and 21 T8S, R80W, County <br />of Lake in the Agriculture-Forestry Zone. <br />We wish to advise you that gravel and sand mining are not <br />allowed in Lake County without a Special Use Permit from Lake <br />County, as required by the Lake County Zoning Resolution.
