in accordance with 2 CCR 407-2, Section 4.03.1(1)(d), do certify that the B/C
haulroad as shown on the enclosed map was constructed under mY supervision and
complies with the guidelines set forth in Section 3.7.2 of the Trapper Mine Permit
(I.D. No. C-010-81). The haulroad was constructed using prudent state-of-the-art
construction methods and is suitable for the anticipated volume, weight and speed of
the haulage vehicles.
