Cobrado, in accordance with 2CCR407-2, Section 4.03.1(1)(d), do certify that the
'North A Haulroad' as shoav on the enclosed map was built in accordance with
the guidelines set forth in Section 3.7.2 of the Trapper Mine Permit (LD, No. G
010-81} The haulroad was constructed using prudent state-of-thwart constriction
methods and is suitable for anticipated volume weight and speed of the haulage
vehicles.
