That the said Colorado Transcript was established and has been printed antl pubFshed in the said Crty of Golden antl the County of Jefferson uninterruptedly and continuousy during a period of at least fifty-two con- seartive weeks next prior to the first issue thereol con- taining said publicaton, a copy of which is hereto at- tached. 4. That the saitl Colorado Transcript is atwice-weekly newspaper of general circulation, and is printed and published in whole or in part in the City of Golden in the said County of Jefferson in which said publication is required by law to be publishetl, a copy of which is hereunto attached. 5. That the said Cobredo Transcript is a hvice weekry newspaper quaktied to publish legal notices, as defined by the Statutes of the State of Colorado. 6. That said newspaper had, prior to January 1, 1936, and has ever since mat date, been admitted to the United States mails es second class maser under the provisbns of the Act of March 3, 1879, or any amend- ments thereof. 7. That the said annexed publicaton was published in the regular and entire editbn of the Cobredo Transcript, a duly quaffied twice weekly newspaper for that pur- pose, within the terms and means of the Statutes of the State of Cobredo.
