• <br />FLOOD HAZARD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT CERTIFICATION -Continued <br />NA Electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air~onditioning equipment and other service facilities will - <br />be designed and/or located so as to prevent water from entering or accumulating within the <br />components during conditions of flooding. <br />YES All new construction and substantial improvements will be constructed using methods and practices <br />that minimize flood damage. Improvements will be constructed with materials and utility equipment <br />resistant to flood damage, <br />YES All new construction and substantial improvements will 6e anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or <br />lateral movement of the structure and to withstand hydrodynamic loads. <br />YES The proposed use or structure is to be located in the FW {Floodway) District, and when built will not <br />cause any increase in Floodwater levels during an Intermediate Regional Flood and will not limit or <br />restrict the Flow capacity of the floodway. <br />YES Fil( material will be used in the FP-1 or FP-2 {Floodprone) Districts, and the fill material is designed to <br />withstand the erosional forces associated with an Intermediate Regional Flood. <br />YES 'The use or development causes or results in an alteration or relocation of a water course. Evidence <br />is attached to this certification that: <br />Municipalities within athree-mite radius of the proposed alteration or relocation have been <br />notified in writing of the proposed alteration or relocation. <br />2. The Colorado Water Conservation Board has been notified in writing of the proposed alteration <br />or relocation. <br />3. The Office of Insurance and Mitigation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency has <br />been notified in writing of the proposed alteration or relocation. <br />YES The od ing capacity within the altered or relocated portion of the watercourse will remain the <br />sa e a r the alteration or relocation as existed prior to the alteration or relocation.
