Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a review of the Pond <br />Inspection Report submitted under a Twentymile Coal Company letter of March 30, <br />2005. In addition to those sediment ponds of this report, other structures are considered as <br />impoundments and need to be inspected under the provisions of Rule 4.05.9(17). <br />Please add the following impoundments to your report: the sewage lagoons, the Disposal <br />Area 1 pit impoundment, the Wash Plant sump, the 18-Right cuttings impoundment, and <br />the Fish Creek Tipple evaporative pond. <br />Please call me if you have any questions. <br />Yours truly, <br />~~ /f 1/~ <br />By~fiG.
