Simpsat, P.E. <br />State Engineer <br />This letter is in response to your letter dated October 17, 2006 requesting renewal of the <br />above referenced substitute water supply plans to cover depletions caused by gravel mining <br />operations at six locations. This substitute water supply_pTan is a t~mbined replacement plan <br />that identifies replacement sources to covens from six mine sites along the Cache La <br />Poudre River. The required fee of $1542 (6 x $257) has been submitted.
