Cattany <br />Division DirecYOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s Second Quarter 2006 Sediment Pond Inspection reports. <br />Trapper Mining Inc.'s second quarter 2006 sediment pond reports were received by the Division on Jun 22, <br />2006. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections <br />were conducted by TMI on June ] 4, 15, and 16, 2006. <br />Only one pond, East Middle Flume No. 1 was reported to be discharging at the NPDES point at the time of <br />inspection. The discharge was reported a sa tricle. Most of the ponds throughout the mine were dry or <br />contained only a small pool of water. The mine has been unseasonably dry. No significant problems with <br />the ponds were reported for fourth quarter 2006.
