Pursuant to the statement that no earth moving is anticipated, please provide site - <br />specific details to indicate that access can be made to drill sites across the proposed spur <br />roads without damage to the land surface or topsoil resource regardless of weather <br />conditions. If necessary, please provide description and commitment to strip and <br />stockpile topsoil during the period of activity. <br />f.
