Thank you for the subject report. As we discussed by <br />telephone, please amend the report and certification as follows. <br />Item 1. Please add to the certification of the professional engineer that <br />"the above impoundments were maintained as designed and in accordance with <br />the approved plan and applicable regulations." Rule 4.05.9(14)(b) <br />Item 2. Please add "hazardous conditions" to the heading of the second <br />colume of the report. Rule 4.05.9(15)(a) <br />Item 3. Change the note under the certification by eliminating the "(e)", <br />and adding "and estimates of accumulated sediment.
