S. Surveyor General in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922; said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at an aluminum cap Highway Monument for Corner No. 4 of Tract 43, Section 3, Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian; thence along the Southerly extension of the East line of said Tract 43, 5.00'19'30"E. 455.89 feet to a point on the approximate centerline of the Eagle River; thence along said approxi- mate centerline on the following four courses 1) N.56'15'20"W. 774.93 feet; 2) N.58'58'56"ll. 163.40 feet; 3) N.39012'15"W. 281.70 feet; 4) N.57'41'15"W. 270.00 feet to a point of intersection with the Southerly Right-of-;lay line of Interstate Highway .`:o. 70; thence leaving the approximate centerline of the Eagle River and following said Southerly Right-of-Way line on the following three courses; 1) 306.71 feet along the arc of a 1487.00 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears S.84'05'00"E. 306.20 feet to a point of tangency; 2) S.74'02'30"E. 333.80 feet; 3) S.72'03'00"E. 590.70 feet to a point on the East line of said Tract 43; thence along said East line of Tract 43, S .00'19'30"E. 116.00 feet to the point of beginning.
