S. Surveyor <br /> General in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922; said parcel of land being <br /> more particularly described as follows, to wit: <br /> Beginning at an aluminum cap Highway Monument for Corner No. 4 <br /> of Tract 43, Section 3, Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the Sixth <br /> Principal Meridian; thence along the Southerly extension of the East <br /> line of said Tract 43, 5.00'19'30"E. 455.89 feet to a point on the <br /> approximate centerline of the Eagle River; thence along said approxi- <br /> mate centerline on the following four courses <br /> 1) N.56'15'20"W. 774.93 feet; <br /> 2) N.58'58'56"ll. 163.40 feet; <br /> 3) N.39012'15"W. 281.70 feet; <br /> 4) N.57'41'15"W. 270.00 feet to a point of intersection with <br /> the Southerly Right-of-;lay line of Interstate Highway .`:o. 70; <br /> thence leaving the approximate centerline of the Eagle River and <br /> following said Southerly Right-of-Way line on the following three <br /> courses; <br /> 1) 306.71 feet along the arc of a 1487.00 foot radius curve to <br /> the right whose long chord bears S.84'05'00"E. 306.20 feet <br /> to a point of tangency; <br /> 2) S.74'02'30"E. 333.80 feet; <br /> 3) S.72'03'00"E. 590.70 feet to a point on the East line of said <br /> Tract 43; <br /> thence along said East line of Tract 43, S .00'19'30"E. 116.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> Said Parcel C-1 contains 9.0550 acres, more or less. <br /> PARCEL D <br /> That part of Tract 50 and 52 which lies North of the Interstate <br /> Highway No. 70 Right-of-Hay, Section 2, Tow-r.ship 5 South, Range 85 rest <br /> of the Sixth Principal Meridian according to the Independent Resurvey <br /> Page 4 of 12 pales <br />
