along the Easterly boundary line of said Tract 42 to a point on the
Northerly Right-of-Hay line of Interstate Eighway ::o. 70; thence along said
Northerly Right-of-Way on the following two courses:
(1) 978.80 feet along the arc of a 5929.60 foot radius curve to the
left whose long chcrd bears N.89°11 '15"W. 977.70 feet to a point
of tangency;
(2) along said tangent S.86'05'00"W. 1667 .60 feet to a point on the
Westerly boundary line of said Tract 42;

Corner No. 2 of said Tract 42; thence along the ':ortherly boundary 'line of
