<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Leal Description <br />The White Cloud and VVynona mines are situated in the southeast quarter of <br />the northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 72 West (see <br />Maps A). <br />The White Cloud and Wynona mines claim group includes the following <br />patented Lode m;n;ng claims: White Cloud Lode claim no. 107, Wynona Lode <br />claim no. 112, Columbus Lode claim no. 160, Cy Eaton Lode claim no. 15825, <br />Eugene Lode claim no. 101, Fitzsimmons bode claim no. 16075, Franklin Lode <br />claim no. 15825, Good Enough Lode claim no. 15838, Hazel A. Lode claim no. <br />15825, Hercules Lode claim no. 5604, John G. Lode claim no. 15825, Keystone <br />State Lode claim no. 161 (ll2 undivided interest), Oscar Lode claim no. 17992, <br />Time Lode claim no. 6034, and the Trumbo Lode claim no. 589. It also includes <br />the Amikay, JoAnne, Yacolo, Gold View No. 1, Gold View No. 2, and the Gold <br />View No. 3 unpatented lode mining claims. <br />Millsite <br />EXIiIBIT B <br />The millaite and tailings pond area is situated in the southeast quarter of the <br />northwest quarter of Section 12, 'lbwnehip 1 North, Range 72 West (see Map <br />A). <br />'I'he millsite and tailings impoundment area is located on portions of the <br />Eugene Lode claim no. 101, Good Enough Lode claim no. 15838, Hercules Lode <br />claim no. 5604, Oscar Lode claim no. 17992, Wynona Lode claim no. 112, and <br />the .JoAnne unpatented Lode claim. <br />The White Cloud and Wynona mines are two of the oldest productive mines in <br />the Gold Hill mining district. Following their dixcovery in the 1870'x, both of <br />these mines were worked intermittently through the turn of the century. The <br />White Cloud mine wax last worked between 1902 and 1905, while the last <br />period of mining activity at the Wynona mine wax during the yearx 1933 <br />through 1936. Moat of the mine dumps on these claims date from this latest <br />period of mining activity. Except for some surface work on the Wynona mine <br />dump during the 1940'a, both of these minex have remained inactive xince the <br />underground work wax discontinued. <br />The White Cloud and Wynona mine dumps are located on the western edge of <br />Horsfal Flat, south of the main road from Boulder to Gold Hill (see Map A). The <br />property is accessible by the same private road that provides access to the <br />Cash and Who Do mines and traverses the patented claims in the area <br />between County Road No. 52 and Country Road No. 89 (see Map A). <br />
