<br /> <br />3 <br />The Board of County Commissioners may grant the conditional use <br />permit provided that it is established by evidence presented to <br />the Board that the proposed use is in accordance with the provi- <br />sions of the general plan and the zoning resolution, and further, <br />that th=_ following qualifications have been met. <br />X wi:11 the proposed use effect existing traffic? The following <br />hats been provided by applicant: As to increased traffic, <br />there shall be none as the County maintenance vehicles are on <br />the road anyway. The condition of the road should be better <br />as maintenance of roads in the area will be easier. <br />X What is the anticipated traffic which will be generated by <br />th~=_ proposed use (truck, employee and customer)? The <br />following has been provided by applicant: Daily traffic will <br />not occur. when the operation is active, traffic will vary <br />dependent upon the type of road project. Employee - 0, <br />X will the site be served by streets and roads of sufficient <br />capacity to carry the traffic generated by the proposed use, <br />and will the proposed use result in undue traffic congestion <br />or traffic hazards? The following has been provided by <br />applicant: Yes, the site is adjacent to County Road 12 and <br />materials mined from the site will be used in the maintenance <br />of County Road 12. Traffic congestion and hazards should be <br />lessened as the roadways in the area will be improved. The <br />truck traffic will only be increased at time the roads need <br />improvement or re-surfacing within t e area. <br />X Will the location of the proposed use place an undue burden <br />on the existing utilities and service facilities in the <br />vicinity?
