RE: Edna Mine, September 2001 CPDS and WET Test Results
Dear Sir/Madam:
Enclosed are the Edna Mine's (Permit #CO-0032638) CPDS reporting results for the
above referenced monitoring period. During the month of September 2001, DMP OOl did not
discharge. DMP 004 exceeded the compliance criteria for sulfate during this monitoring period.
DMP 007 did not exceed any compliance criteria in September 2001. DMP 004 passed the 3`"
quarter WET test. DMP 007 failed the 3`d quarter WET test; however, the DMP 007 passed two
consecutive accelerated WET tests demonstrating a pattern of no toxicity.
