3. Stormwater Quality Controls <br />We have built four sediment ponds to catch the sediments on the <br />access road. Michael Moore is responsible for this plan. <br />a- SWMP Administrator-Michael Moore <br />b- Materials Handling and Spill Prevention-We should not have <br />any trouble with this. We keep everything under ground. We <br />also have a two to six foot burm along side the muck pile, so <br />that it doesn't go over the hill. <br />c- Erosion and Sediment Control- We have built four sediment ponds <br />on the access road to contain and settle the water. The water <br />that runs down the side of the road does not erode much because <br />the road is almost all rock. Then it goes into the sedement <br />ponds. <br />d- Testing for Non-Stormwater-The mine is dry.
