Pursuant to the requirement of the Colorado Plined Land Reclamation Act*
to inform counties and certain municipalities of Development and Extraction
Permit applications filed with chis office, please know that Ted Zigan
has filed to conduct sand and gravel mining

deadline for persons to file statements regac~ding this operation, or to
petition for a hearing before the hfined Land Reclamation Board to consider
the granting of a Permit is set by Law; for information please call this
office.
The applicant is obligated to shoca that [he proposed mining and reclamation
plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations,
of master plan, and is further required to place a copy of [he application
for public inspection caith the Clerk of the county in which the proposed
mine is situated. It is the Board's understanding that the Act intends for
the application to be made available for public review and comment in an
area close to the mine; it is not intended that it be made a part of public
record by recording.
The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this apDlicaticn on
Julv 27-28. 1989
