' ~ IDENTIFICATION: Sedimentation Pond S~ ^ ~p0 ~ <br />DATE OF INSPECTION; April 8, 2000 I (,1~ <br />LOCATION: Section 36, T33S, R64W, 6th P.M. <br />Las Animas County, Colorado <br />COMMENTS: No hazardous conditions exist at the pond and there are no indications of erosion of the <br />dike or on the banks of the sediment pond. The area that was previously dredged is clearly visible, i.e. <br />the south half of the pond. The principal spillway structure was not visible due to a heavy growth of <br />cattails, but the pond was high from a recent snowfall.
