<br />reclamation plan and map, a fee and a bond or security for such operation as

<br />of issuing this pcrmit, that Lhe method of operation, pl>,ysical appearance, and
<br />timetable al•e l~casonnl~le in view of tl~c public interest in physically attractive
<br />surroundings and completion of the operation as soon as practicable; and,

<br />a satisi'nctory showing; to Lhc Board that his operation will not adversclyy affect
<br />the stability of ar~,rinan-made structure on the area of the affected land and
<br />within two hundred feet of all boundaries of such area; and,

<br />a satisfactory shoorin[' t.o the Hoard that he will employ during anti after his open
<br />mining operations procedures reasonabJ,jr designed to minimize as much as practicable
<br />the disruption from tkle open mining operations and will provide for the rehabilita-
<br />tion of any scich surface resources adversely affected by such open mining operations
<br />through the rehabilitation of plant cover, soil stability, water resources, and other
<br />measures agpropriatie to the sub sequential beneficial use of such mined and reclaimed
<br />lands; and that in the event of the failure of his proposed reclamation plan, he
<br />will take whatever measures which may be necessary in order to assure the success
<br />of reclamation of the lands affected by }iis open mining operations; and,
<br />l~llnSf?l'J1S, for the purposes of issuing, this pcrmit, a copy of the applica-
<br />tion approved by the Land Acclamation Hoard of the State of Colorado is attached
<br />to this permit and thereby becomes a part of the terms hereof.
