The reports have been prepared as required by Rule 4.05.6(13). Reports
for Pond F and Pond D have been included in the Foidel Creek report package as requested in
the Division's letter dated August 17, 1997. Please note, only one copy of the quarterly pond
inspection reports aze necessary for submittal to the Division of Minerals and Geology.
Ponds requiring maintenance as noted in these inspection reports include Pond B, Pond D, Pond
F and the Fish Creek Tipple Pond. The Division is awaze of the weather delays experienced by
Twentymile Coal Company during the third quarter. Maintenance of these ponds should be
completed as soon as possible to avoid adverse weather conditions and inaccessibility
encountered during the winter months. The Division noted on the Pond G form, The
approximated water elevation is higher than the elevation of the lowest riser hole, yet no
dischazge was recorded. Please correct the report with either the correct riser hole elevation,
water level elevation, or dischazge volume.
Sincerely,

c:\j hb\C 82056\3 gtrpond
