During this period, only ponds A (Outfall 001), and B (Outfall 003), discharged to Foidel Creek. Outfall 001 discharged <br />during the last three weeks of the period. Outfall 003 discharged only during the 4'" week of the period, allowing only one <br />sample to be collected for analysis. No permit excursions were noted for the July 2002 period. <br />OuNalls 002, 004, 005, 006, 007, and 008 did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Outfall <br />020 has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical testing to date. Points 010, 016 and 017 <br />have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be <br />substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outialls, which did not discharge. The DMR form for discharge number 003A <br />was altered to reflect the current monitoring period. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; ono <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, l believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and impdsonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
