If so, please describe the acreage involved. <br />'T'here are no proposed stockpiles or processing areas to be located <br />outside the creek bed of Sandy Creek, <br />2) Please provide a re-vegetation seed mix to be used for the 3.9 acres to be <br />seeded. Please include species and seeding rate for each species. <br />As indicated in the original application, it ie not anticipated that re- <br />seedingwill benecessary, as Ritcheys' Redi-Min Concrete, Inc. does <br />not intend to disturb the 6anfs. u however, they are disturbed, they <br />will be reseeded during reclamation. I just received the seeding <br />recommendation firom the Natarat Resource Conservation Service. A <br />copy oP their recommendation is attached. <br />3) The Divisiott recommends that channel aide slopes for disturbed azeas be re- <br />graded to no steeper than 4:1, and upstream and downstream channel slopes for <br />disturbed areas by re-graded to no steeper than 5:1. Please respond. <br />If the banks of Sandy Creek are disturbed, they will be regraded to <br />no steeper than 4:1 slopes. Upstream and downstream channel slopes <br />for the disturbed areas wiU be re-graded to no steeper than 5:1. A <br />revised Final Contour Map is attached. <br />
