Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. anticipates shipping coal concnencing as early as June 1993. <br />Permits or pennit applications required to operate the loadout facility will be <br />transferred or z~re being applied for according to previously permitted coal processing <br />capacity (1.0 million tons per year). No additional disturbances of previously <br />unaffected lands related to operation are contemplated by Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc, at <br />the coal loadout pernut area. Because no additional operational disturbances are <br />anticipated and operational aspects will be consistent with past practices, environmental <br />assessments and operational findings contained in reviews of the previous owner's permit <br />are directly applicable to this new application. An additional 8.4 acres of disturbance <br />are proposed at the time final reclamation will be conducted to accommodate grading <br />activities (slope reduction). <br />Peabody Coal Conq~any operated the loadout for the owner (Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc.) <br />from January 1993 to July 1994.
