Dear Mr. Long:
Today 1 received your May 25, 1994 letter on this permit is-
suance. The Grants. Conditions and agreements Section 7l a)
indicates a rider is attached and is listed as Stipulation
No.01 - Obtain SHPO Clearance Before Operation Can Begin.
The attached correspondence indicates that this was handled
last June. On 6/16/93 1 sent the Cultural Resource Survey
performed by William R. Arbogast to Jim Green at SHPO. Also
on 6/16/93 I sent a letter to Bill York-Feirn at your office
informing him that the Cultural Resource Survey has been com-
pleted and forwarded to SHPO with a recommendation for
cultural resource clearance. Attached is the SHPO letter to
Bil] York-Feirn of 6/22/93 granting cultural resource clear-
ance from SHPO.
