Specifically, the information below responds to the following <br />items forwarded to us through your office: <br />1. Review letter from Mr. Hal Simpson of the Colorado Division of <br />Water Resources, dated April 9, 1984. <br />2. Review memorandum from Dr. Jim Pendleton concerning geotechnical <br />aspects of the amendment, dated March 28, 1984. <br />3. Review memorandum from Mr. Bob Liddle concerning the hydrologic <br />aspects of the amendment, dated March 27, 1984. <br />4. Review memorandum from Mr. William Beavers concerning surface <br />revegetation and stabilization, dated June 8, 1984. <br />5. U. S. Forest Service review letter from Mr. Ray Evans concerning <br />surface water, right-of-way fences, and stabilization, dated <br />April 30, 1984. <br />The information submitted also incorporates the clarification of certain <br />issues as a result of the July 12, 1984 meeting between the Division staff <br />and Homestake personnel. <br />The information is organized according to the questions raised and <br />observations made.
