The Permitted shall refer to all additional standard requirements on the back of thi permit and any enclosed <br />additional terpns, conditions, exhibits and noted attachments. <br />8. This Permit il; issued in accordance with the State Highway Access Code (2 CCR Ol-I), and is based in part upon <br />the information submitted by the Permittee. This permit is only for the use and pu ose stated in the Application <br />and Permit. pny changes in traffic volumes or type, drainage, or other operations aspects may render this permit <br />void, requirigg a new permit to be applied for based upon existing and anticipated uture conditions. <br />9.
