Kochis Pit <br />The ponds were created from drag line operation quite <br />a few years ago. It will not be included in the mining <br />of the Kochis Pit. Mining on the Kochis Pit will be <br />on the bank southeast of the ponds. <br />Ragains Pit <br />The pond was appently dug by the landowners for <br />collection of snow melt and rain water for livestock. <br />6. Yes, the life will be intermittent and undeterminable <br />at this time. <br />Exhibit D <br />Reference B and C comments. No water is used in any of <br />these operations. <br />Exhibit E <br />Mining plans will be left as they exist now. At this time <br />there will be no revision in operation unless the city changes <br />equipment or extracting procedures. <br />
