CO-0045161 <br />FIRST QUARTER 1999 DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORT <br />Dear Ms. Lenkey, <br />Colowyo is submitting the First Quarter 1999 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) to the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division. <br />Discharges occurred at Outfalls OOIA, OOSA, and 010A. <br />Colowyo respectfully requests the Alternate Limits apply to Outfall OlOA for the thirty day <br />average for total suspended solids. The discharge from this pond was sampled on March 1, <br />1999. The East Taylor Pond was receiving inflow from snowmelt. Documentation of the <br />temperature and precipitation is provided in the attached table.
