County Road 13; Loveland, Colorado 80538; (970) 667-2178, has applied for a reconsideration of a previously approved Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Stroh Pit and is located at or near the SW '/a of Section 14 and NW '/< of Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 68 West, 6~' Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is January 2004, and the latest proposed date of completion is January 2014. The proposed future use of the land is lakefront lots.
