Date (if nod amp): I /J <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Coulson Excavating Company, Inc., 3609 N. County Road 13; Loveland, Colorado 80538; (970) <br />667-2178, has applied for a reconsideration of a previously approved Regular (112) Construction <br />Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Stroh Pit and is located at or near the SW '/a of <br />Section 14 and NW '/< of Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 68 West, 6~' Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is January 2004, and the latest proposed date of completion <br />is January 2014. The proposed future use of the land is lakefront lots. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at <br />the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521 <br />(970) 498-7050, or the above named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at <br />the above-named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on November 23, 2004. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et s~ Comments related to noise, <br />truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or <br />economic concerns are issues not subject to this Office's jurisdiction. These subjects, and other <br />similar ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, rather than the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology or the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />
