<br />when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to-wit:
<br />ZONING HEARING DECISION - 28-76 HAZELTINE INVEST2~IENT CO.
<br />FTHEREAS, on the 16th day of November, 1976, the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners held a re-hearing on the zoning application of Hazeltine Inv_st-
<br />ment Association for re-zoning from Aiineral Conservation and Flood Ccr_trol
<br />zone district to Mineral Conservation zone District on the following
<br />descr' perty:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 4, SW;) of Section 3,
<br />and the North half of the Southeast Quarter (N ;, SE a) of Section 4,
<br />Township 2 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE ;) of
<br />Section 4, Township 2 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.2Q., Adams
<br />County, Colorado, and considering the North Line of the Southeast Quarter
<br />of said Section 4 as bearing North 89°46'47" West, with all other
<br />bearings contained herein being relative thereto;
<br />Thence North 89°46'47" West along said North Lire, 2644.29 feet to
<br />the Center of Section 4; thence South 00°18'36" East along the West
<br />line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4, 1325.65 feet;
<br />thence South 89°45'40" East, 2650.42 feet to the Southeast Corner of
<br />the North half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 4; thence
<br />North 89°54'44" East, along the South Line of the Porthwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, 1319.93 feet; thence North
<br />00°37'32" West, 1326.95 feet; thence South 89°53'47" i9est, along the
<br />North line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3, 1318.73 feet
<br />to the point of beginning.
<br />Said describe3 parcel of ground contains 120.771 Acres more or less.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
<br />County of Adams, State of Colorado, that the application of Hazeltine
<br />Investment Association for re-zoning from Mineral Conservation and Flood
<br />Control zone district on the hereinabove described property is herety
<br />approved subject to the following conditions:
<br />1. A letter from the irrigation company (Bull Ditch) approving
<br />handling of the ditch during the mining and after reclamation.
<br />2. Approval (by the Division of Water Resources) of an amended
<br />water report.
<br />3. The plat and Planned Resources Development Plan being amended
<br />to include the newly acquired access parcel.
<br />4. Final plat.
<br />5. Planned Resources Development Plan to be filed and recorded
<br />on 18" x 24" sheet with final plat in the appropriate number
<br />and format, with complete mining and reclamation details, as
<br />required by the Zoning Regulations, Section 3.260, Mineral
<br />Conservation.
