The Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety (Division) is re. <br />decision no later than January 23, 2007, therefore, your response to the following <br />submitted to the Division as soon as possible. Please be advised that additional a <br />based on the applicants response to this adequacy review. <br />Rule 6.4.8 Exhibit H -Wildlife Information <br />1. The Division has received comments from the Division of Wildlife regazding im <br />proposed Overlook Mine.
