-~PQ9.~r <br />~~ <br />6.3.4 EXHIBIT D- Reclamation Plan <br />(1) Will conform with Exhibit E Map <br />(a) On going from m-81-193 <br />The only overburden on site is black soil, it will be <br />stripped off, stockpiled, and used back in reclamation as <br />soon as the area is available. <br />(b) Will conform nearly as possible to the existing slope <br />some areas on the site are approaching 3 to 1 slope. <br />(c) Measures taken to re-vegetate site. <br />(i) Medium hillside growth with good top soil on site, <br />inspection has been conducted by Soil Conservation. <br />(ii) As soon as the site becomes available a small area will <br />be done at one time with hand tools, after placing <br />top soi11 compacted conditions will not exist. <br />Will not need fertilization,there is high nutrient contents <br />in stockpile top soil. <br />(iii) Aspen, Fur, following recommendations of Soil <br />Conservation. <br />(iv) Broadcast by hand. <br />(v) Will use Soil Conservations recommendations if needed. <br />(vi) Will conform to adjacent area for trees 20 to 30 per acre <br />most will self vegetate. <br />(d) N/A <br />(e) N/A <br />(2) Cost of reclamation. <br />(a) Rental of Case loader 621 includes transportation, rental, <br />fuel, insurance, etc. for 3 days $1,700 labor $ 500.00 <br />(b) Seed and mulch $ 150.00 <br />Office cost if needed $ 435.75 <br />
