Special Requirements of NPDES Permit No. <br />CO-0036021, Colorado Yampa Coal Company (CYCC) is submitting this letter as a <br />request to deactivate a discharge point. <br />Mine. <br />The discharge point is designated 001 and located at CYCC's Middle Creek <br />Attached is a copy of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division's <br />(CMLRD) January 15, 1985, inspection report.
