Exploratory hole H-10 was drilled and
sealed in 1964. It is located near the entrance to the reclaimed
Blue Ribbon Mine on the west side of Hubbard Creek. It is surmised
that exploratory hole H-10 and monitoring well H-10 are different
holes.
Kaiser converted the power service hole at the Upper Hubbard Creek
pad into monitoring well H-10. The service hole was drilled near
the substation in 1981 or 1982. It is cased full depth. As of
this date a drillers log is not available for this service hole
that is currently known as monitoring well H-10.
•
