Mr. Arambel is <br /> not the owner of the fee minerals, and has no independent knowledge regarding <br /> Marathon Gold Corporation's right to mine either the fee or the federal minerals. <br /> However, Marathon Gold Corporation has made no access, surface use or <br /> damage agreement with Mr. Arambel, who is engaged in ongoing sheep ranching <br /> operations on the property. <br /> Mr. Arambel respectfully submits to the Board that Marathon will be <br /> unable to fulfill its reclamation obligations in conformity with 1973 C.R.S. <br /> 34-32-116 because it has no access over and on Arambel surface estate. <br /> Therefore, Mr. Arambel requests that the application be denied. <br /> Sincerely, p <br /> *ec(ca Love Kourlis <br /> RLK/sj <br />
