For your convenience, 2 will use <br />the exhibit letter and number references from mu letter of September 4, 1981. <br />Any questions not mentioned again are considered answered. <br />VV Are the certified mail return receipts sent to us in this Iast mailing proof <br />(\of notification of all adjacent landowners for all 14 pits? <br />Exhibit B <br />~1. Please clarify your plans for the topsoil stockpiles just a bit more. I <br />kpresume you do intend to plant them with a perennial grass cover crop as <br />appropriate (as I suggested). <br />3. How will the San Miguel River be protected from increased sediment Zoads <br />1~ due to the mining operation in Pit No. 13?
