NOTE: Ihis was prior to your <br />notice of violation. The sump sample was shipped to Grand <br />Junction Laboratories ^n 2-25-BB. The Mine Inflow Study data <br />were plotted on 03-2't-BB. <br />The inflow study map and the sump water analysis are <br />enclosed. <br />The first quarterly sedim nt pond inspection was <br />performed by Mr. Fred Kuchta on 1-BB, and the results were <br />reported to me by phone on the same day.
