Cattany <br />Division Dlreclor <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Third quarter 2006 sediment pond inspection reports were received by DRMS on May 8, 2007. The third <br />quarter pond inspection report was not received via mail but was provided to the inspector during a complete <br />inspection of the Eagle Mine Complex. Third quarter 2006 sediment pond inspections were conducted on <br />September 3Q 2006. Most of the ponds were dry with the exception of mine water treatment ponds; 5-P5, 5-P6, <br />and 5-P7. Maintenance items for third quarter 2006 were limited to rodent control, burrow repairs, and some <br />maintenance on the mine water treatment pond piping system. <br />Copies of the quarterly reports need to be maintained at the mine office and at the Division's office as per Rule <br />4.05.9(17).
