Deer Creek Quarry, Inc.
1559 Logan Street
Denver, CO 80202
February 24, 1997
Intermountain Rural Electric Association
5496 North US Highway 85
Sedalia, CO 80135
Attn: Gerald Fedders, Staff Engineers
Dear sir:
Please be advised that we are in the process of obtaining a new
Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology MLRB permit, for our Deer
Creek Quarry.
One of the requirments is to notify any easement holders of the property.
Please be advised that it is the intent of the application to secure
a mining permit back to the land owners. Currently, there is a permit
on the property held by Rocky Mountain Rock Products, a subsidiary of
Western Mobile. They do not have a valid lease on the property, and
therefore, the landowners, Henry and Doug Nall, through their corporation
Deer Creek Quarry, Inc., are pursuing a new permit in their name.
We do not see that this affects you in any way. We will be contacting
you in the future about the mining start up.
Sincerely you
Dave Hammer
Operations Manager
