Prior to the public hear- <br />ing, it will be required by the applicant or his representative(s), to <br />advertise in the following manner: <br />** 1. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the date <br />of hearing, notice by a registered letter to <br />all property owners, as shown on the last pre- <br />ceeding tax roll, both within the boundary of <br />the proposed change and to all property owners <br />within 500' of the boundaries of proposed amend- <br />ment and details of proposed amendment, includ- <br />ing full titles of existing and proposed zone, <br />or; <br />2. A posted notice at least 3' x 4' in size, with <br />each letter at least 2" in height, be posted <br />continuously for at least thirty (30) days prior <br />to the hearing and located on the parcel proposed <br />for change. Such posting shall be no further <br />'` than 15' from the public right-of-way, providing <br />access to the parcel, except where more than one <br />parcel is involved and/or more than one public <br />right-of-way provides access, all pracels and/or <br />sides facing any public right-of-way shall be so <br />posted. All postings shall be so placed upon the <br />parcel to provide for clear and unobstructed view- <br />ing from the public right-of-way.
