Therefore, the permit is being amended to include current <br />WET limitations, monitoring and other requirements based on section 6.9.2(5) of the <br />Regulations For the State Discharge Permit Svstem, as amended August 2, 1993, and the <br />Colorado Water Quality Control Division Biomonitoring Guidance Document, dated.Tuly 1, <br />1993. <br />
